Hi, I'm JILL
a fitness instructor, caterer, and unapologetic go-getter based in Antwerp, Belgium. I live my life on my own terms, and I'm all about empowering others to do the same. For me, fitness and food aren’t just jobs; they’re the heart of who I am. I believe in living fully, moving fiercely, and fueling both my body and soul with good food and good vibes.
Growing up in a loving family with an Olympic athlete as a dad and spending years training in ballet and jazz for 10+ hours a week, I developed a deep sense of body awareness and a strong connection to rhythm and movement. Today, I bring that same energy and precision to my yoga, Pilates, spinning, and HIIT classes. My goal is to make you sweat, laugh, and leave feeling empowered—no judgment, just pure fun.
I believe that every workout needs a killer soundtrack, so I spend as much time curating playlists as I do planning the moves. Music isn’t just a background—it’s the heartbeat of the session, pushing you to go harder, faster, stronger. And yes, there will be moments where you’ll want to throw in the towel, but I promise, I’ll get you to the finish line with a smile on your face.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me in the kitchen, whipping up meals that nourish the body and soul. Inspired by my mom’s wholesome cooking and my love for fresh, seasonal ingredients, I approach catering with the same philosophy: fresh, vibrant, and unapologetically delicious. Whether it’s a client’s private dinner or a large event, I pour my heart into everything I create, keeping sustainability and quality front and center.
Running a poké restaurant in Ghent for five years was a game-changer for me. It showed me how food can bring people together, and how important it is to create a space that’s as nourishing for the spirit as it is for the body.
I’ve traveled the world and lived in the Middle East for two years, soaking up new cultures, experiences, and flavors. This journey made me realize that life is way too short to play it safe or live for anyone else’s expectations. We’ve all got one shot at this, and I say: live it loud, live it on your own terms, and damn the naysayers.
With almost 20 years of experience in hospitality—starting as a waitress at 14, working for Red Bull, and flying as an air hostess for Emirates—I’ve learned that connecting with people comes down to one thing: being real.
So here’s my challenge to you: Stop holding back, stop worrying about what others think, and start living the life you really want. Because trust me, that’s when the magic happens!
